Claire is a one-of-a-kind full body sculpture
made from a blending of Polymer clays.
She has been sculpted without the use of molds
and her tiny features have been hand painted and
her body blushed.  Her hair is a pretty pale blonde made from colored mohair.
Her skirt is glittered tulle with tiny stars affixed.
Her little crown was made by a wonderful artist by the name of Kim Jelley.
The moon was hand sculpted over a foil armature.
It has been hand painted and German glass glitter and
fairy dust were baked into the outer layer in a sheath of liquid clay.
Eyelashes were then applied to the eyes of the moon.
The book has been hand sculpted from polymer clay and
painted and glittered.  The base for this piece is made from pine and has been hand painted and glittered with fairy dust and German glass glitter.  The doll, book and moon are all removable from the base and will be shipped in separate boxes within a larger box to insure their safety.
Total height for this piece from the base to the top of the moon is 9".
The doll is approximately 3" from head to toe as she sits.
